OUTINGS
We've had day trips by coach to places of interest, including Llangollen, Monmouth and Bristol. Another recent outing was a fascinating costume tour of the RSC, Stratford.
We look forward to great trips in 2026, including visits to Bletchley Park, National Memorial Arboretum, King Richard III Visitors' Centre, Leicester and Chatsworth House.
HOLIDAYS
Our annual holiday for members has become a popular fixture. Travel is by coach to a UK destination, staying in a hotel for four nights, with trips out to nearby places of interest. Our 2024 holiday was to Cardiff and South Wales and in 2025 we went to Devon and Cornwall.
2026 HOLIDAY - DISCOVERING SUSSEX 13th-17th Septermber - Visits will include: Arundel Castle, Brighton Pavilion and Chichester Cathedral
2025 HOLIDAY: DISCOVERING DEVON AND CORNWALL Members stayed at the Mercure Hotel Paignton for four nights from 31st August, visits include: Knighthayes Court, the Eden Project, Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, and a cruise on the River Dart.
